You can get specialised packs on ebay...I've seen disks that are SPECIFICALLY pete rock drums...or Preme scratches. Things like this

The only problem with that is most people can smell them a mile off, Thats why your better off creating your own loops/samples especially with the vocals..Kinda like what preme did for the track "mathematics" by Mos def where he took loads of number related quotes.
