An Insight Into Tom Schreiter: Can He Really Help You Become a Successful Network Marketer?
As a network marketer, I have been struggling a lot in finding new prospects and also selling products to strangers. I really had a very negative attitude and I was really afraid and shy of talking to people or selling to strangers. In fact, it's really hard to believe that I was a network marketer. With all the mentioned traits, I figured that I wasn't cut out for this kind of career.
However, I didn't quit and I tried to look for training programs that can help me become a better network marketer and this was when I came across Tom "Big Al" Schreiter.
In his training programs, I became a better network marketer. I have a more positive personality and I overcame the fear of talking to other people.
You need to remember the fact that successful network marketers have a very positive personality type. At first, I thought that this was because of already being successful. Besides, who wouldn't be positive if you were really rich and you have a great career in the network marketing or MLM industry?
As I found out in Tom Schreiter's training, successful network marketers always had a very positive personality even before they were successful. I learned that positive attitude comes first and this is what propelled them in to success.
Tom Schreiter says that positive attitude should always come first as this one will be demonstrating itself by attracting success.
Before, I had a fear of contacting prospects. I was a really shy network marketer and I found it very hard to communicate or even contacting my prospects. Tom Schreiter changed all that. He taught me how to properly communicate with prospects and do so with confidence and desire.
In his trainings, I found out that the success I wanted was only superficial. Deep down I wanted a life that poses lesser challenges for me, which was basically the reason why I didn't become successful in the past and I found it hard to talk to people. I didn't want rejection, which was why I didn't want to be successful.
You have to remember that successful people have been rejected a lot. In fact, if you can count their success and failures, you will find that there are more failures than success in their life. For instance, take a look at Colonel Sanders. He had this great recipe for fried chicken but he was really broke. The only asset he had was the secret chicken recipe. He left his home in Kentucky and travelled in different states in the US just to sell the recipe. All he wanted in return is a small percentage of the sales. He went through more than a thousand rejections for his offer until on his 1,009th sale visit when one restaurant finally accepted his offer. If he gave up on his 1008th try, there would be no Kentucky Fried Chicken or KFC which we all love.
Colonel Sanders is a perfect example of getting rejected. The point is that he never gave up. He was prospecting success and went through a lot of rejections.
After attending Tom Schreiter's workshops, I found it easier to convince my prospects. My attitude also became a lot more positive and that I was able to face people with confidence without the fear of getting rejected. I desired success and loved every step of the way to it. If you want to be successful and you don't know why network marketing is not working for you, I highly recommend that you attend Tom Schreiter's workshops. Here, your eyes will open up and really see why you are not successful and how you can change all that.

How to tune the toms on a Drum Kit?
Hey, i need help tuning my toms on my kit. I want a really deep, powerfull sound but how do i get this? Do i tighten the top and bottom heads to the same amount of tension or do i tighten one more than another?
Thankyou sooooooooooooo much!
PS the heads are evans G2 series and the shells are original Pearl Forum series.
I'm going to assume you understand that in order to tune properly, you have to tighten in "opposites"....in other words, tighten one side of the head, then do the opposite side, rather than tightening in a clock wise manner....(hope I'm not insulting your intelligence)
Start with the first tom, top head only....then do the floor tom and make sure they are tuned the same before moving to the middle tom....reason: if you play rock songs, you tend to play the smallest tom and floor tom simultaneously often and they need to be synced up....
Generally, you don't need to tighten the bottom head unless you looking for a higher pitch. Dont over-tighten or you'll no only increase the potential for splitting the head, but it will sound very "marching bandish)
For a DEEP sound, you'll probably want the heads only modestly tight
