Is there anything I can take to help my nerves about flying?

I'm going to be flying and I have horrible anxiety about it. I have a few anxiety pills left and there is no time to get any from my doc. Is there something else I can buy/ take to make the flight less nerve racking and more relaxing and fun?

Ok I have been told I am good at this subject so here goes....

I used to be scared and I asked all the fear questions and I put all the answers together and got the perfect answer.

Bring Gum for your ears or they will be in pain if you don't. Also if you are so worried about it then you will forget about how much fun your going to have when you get there.

Sit bye a window so when you take of you can see everything it is so amazing. Or sit on the isle because you can get out of the plane quicker. Unless you are in between people you know don't sit in the middle because you might get motion sickness.

Bring things to use to pass time. Or don't sleep alot the night before so you can sleep on the plane. So have fun and one more thing: I suggest closing your eyes when you land and there will be a bug bump but I think it is fun!
