I want to hook my laptop up to my stereo and use a Usb Mic to talk through, is there any software I can use?

My sister is getting married and I have a Logitech USB Mic that came with Karaoke Revolution. I want to use the mic during the reception for the toasts, etc, but is there anyway I can do this by hooking it up to my laptop's USB drive? I have the audio out cable for the laptop that will hook up to the stereo system. Any help would be great!
