What Model Radio Repeater is this?

This is a long shot but, does anyone know what the model or brand of the repeater that is being used in this audio clip on youtube? I do know that It is a standard law enforcement type repeater. It is Freq. VHF 154.770 and is a conventional radio system. I listen to many different radio clips as well as police radio in my local area and hear the same style sound when they un-key their mic's.

** THROUGH MANY ANSWERS DURING MY PREVIOUS RUNS OF THIS QUESTION I HAVE COME TO THE UNDERSTANDING THE REPEATER IS A MOTOROLA. ALL I NEED NOW IS THE MODEL TYPE: IE. A MOTOROLA...(MODEL) REPEATER

It looks like a Motorola control head. The radio chassis will be in the trunk. It's similar to the Motorola Syntor X 9000 if it's not that model. This is the mobile radio in the car, it's not the repeater. The repeater itself will be on a hill top on the top of a tall building.
If you're talking about the brief tone that can be heard in some transmissions, some PD's use a pursuit tone to let other officers know that a pursuit is going on and to keep the channel clear. This tone is muted during voice transmissions. I don't hear tones at the ends of most of the transmissions but I do hear an intermittant tone during some of the transmissions. This tone doesn't depend on the type of mobile radio in the cars or the repeater on the hill top or building top. It's part of the dispatch capabilities.
