Would living on the moon greatly reduce the negative effects of living in space on the body...?

compared to living on a space station? Sorry if the wording sounds weird, I didn't know how else to put it.
yes i know the moon has gravity purplekitty. I know the negative effects would be reduced but to what degree and would health problems that existed in zero g disappear in micro gravity?

The moon doesn't have micro gravity....the gravity is 1/6 that of the Earth.

So...any effects of radiation not withstanding...you would still need to keep up with exercising to try and reduce any effects that a 1/6 gravity environment would have.

I'm sure the benefits of living on the moon to the body, would be better than living in an actual micro gravity environment...like the space station....but the negative effects would still be there.

If the day comes when humans can actually spend long durations on the moon..then that question can be more accurately answered at that time.
