wtf first they eliminated 'chore boys' with real copper from grocers shelves, now they eliminate steel wool?

Why not just up the price if materials are getting too expensive. Does anybody still see these things on supermarket shelves?
If you have REAL copper. .. not the type that disintegrate after 1 use... that's the type I want. They no longer seem to have these tough little scrubbers. Then the last time I went to the store, no mr clean with steel wool. Fortunately I still have 2 left from a previous box. The worst are the more modern disintegrating copper APPEARANCE pads, and then also the sos full of soap that quickly disintegrate are also bad.

I'm missing something here. I bought steel wool pads in the supermarket this last week and the copper scrubbers were right there beside them. Several different brands as a matter of fact.
